In the autumn of 2024, Inhouse Tech prepared a project planning document for Brf Poolkanten, part of the swimming facility district, comprising 87 condominium apartments for Kynningsrud Buildingsand AF Project Development.

Construction of the swimming facility district is expected to be completed by 2028.
